If Cheshire schools are DELAYED, Artsplace classes which begin before 10AM are CANCELLED.
If Cheshire schools are CANCELLED, generally expect all daytime (before 4PM) classses to be CANCELLED.
Should the weather clear by early afternoon and roads are fine, Artsplace will make a decision about evening classes and update the recorded message.
When bad weather cancels a class, another class will be added to the end of the schedule.
